1) Return & refund is only accepted for damaged or wrongly dispatched product only WITH OPENING VIDEOS. Strictly no returns for colour variations or quality.

 

2) We always try to provide best quality and original products and accurate descriptions. Colour smudge on hand painted garments, thread knots, line missing in weave etc are not considered as damage.

 

3) Colours may slightly vary due to flash/lighting / digital screen used to view images etc. hence return is strictly not acceptable for colour. 

 

4) For any returns, your complaints should be registered WITH opening videos within 24 hours and item to be returned should be sent back within 4 working days after receiving the parcel with tracking id of parcel.

 

5) Returned item should be sent back in exactly the same condition as received. Washed, used, ironed garments cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

6) In case of any successful refunds /returns claims, full amount will be refunded minus the shipping fee. Buyer will bear the shipping fee of returning the article.

 

7) Success of a claim for refund or returns is solely at the discretion of our House of weaves team.

 

8) Made to order pieces and international orders can not be returned/ exchanged or refunded.

 

9) Shipping is flat 150 INR per saree. For smaller articles, it is calculated at 100 INR per article.

 

10) Shipping normally takes between 4-7 days after dispatch ( which is done within 2-3 days of order recd ) depending on location. Please let us know if you need express or international shipping by reaching out to us on our email ( extra charges will apply for these services).
